Jack Gausnell, GRI, ePRO Broker/Owner
Jack has an extensive background in both real estate and information technology (IT). Jack was brought up in a real estate family. Both Jack's parents were real estate professionals. His father was the founder of a large real estate agency as well as the president of the Real Estate Board in Kansas City. Jack obtained his first real estate license when he was only twenty years old. Jack also began his career in the information technology industry in his twenties. During his career in the computer industry he held titles such as Vice President of Sales and Managing Director of Europe for two of the industry's leading multi-national corporations.
In 1996, Jack moved from Europe to the Roaring Fork Valley and began focusing his energy on real estate as a broker for the Roaring Fork Valley's largest real estate agency. In the late nineties, Jack received his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certificate and recently he received his ePRO certificate. Jack's thirty plus years experience in Sales and Marketing management makes him uniquely suited to representing buyers and sellers in a highly professional manner.

Toni Cerise Broker Associate, GRI
Toni Cerise is a fourth generation ranch family pioneer of the Roaring Fork River Valley. Actively involved in the local real estate market since 1986, Toni believes her real estate successes are largely due to her ability to properly access her listings within the marketplace, as well as maintain an aggressive campaign that puts her listings in front of as many prospective buyers and Realtors as possible.
The challenge of delivering the best professional and personalized service is her favorite part of real estate. Jeff KelleyJeff moved from San Clemente, California to Carbondale in 2001 where he continued his passion of teaching High School English and coaching football in the RE-1 School District. However, after 12 years in the education field he desired a career change and become a real estate broker.
Jeff quickly established himself as a quick learner and closer in both the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Markets via his contacts and connections throughout the roaring fork valley as both a teacher and coach. In his first full year, Jeff was the 2007 “Broker of the Year†for The Fleisher Company after he completed 8 commercial leases, 4 commercial sales and 4 residential sales. He continued his success as one of the company's top producers in 2008 and expects to continue that trend in 2009 with the Roaring Fork Realty team.
Jeff credits his early success toward his simple philosophy of representing his clients with respect, integrity, and professionalism. Jeff resides in River Valley Ranch with his wife Kim, and his two children Jake and Lisa. Jeff is also a big community supporter as he is a Carbondale Rotarian, on the Ross Montessori School Board and the Valley View Hospital Summit Committee Board. For fun, Jeff loves to play golf, ski, and go on motorcycle riding trips with his family.

Christie Leonard
Broker Associate, GRI ABR REO Specialist
Christie Leonard has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for twenty-two years of which fifteen have been dedicated to real estate sales. Christie has an positive upbeat personality and loves people. She is a consumate professional and stays that way by actively pursuing her continuing education. She is married to Rock Leonard, one of the Roaring Fork Valley's premier builders, so she understands real estate from the ground up. She has two grown children, Lindsay and James, so she understands what a great place the Roaring Fork Valley is for raising children as well as the available educational systems. Bob Wedemeyer Broker Associate
Bob and his wife, Betsy, moved to Pitkin County from Kansas City in 1986. They now have a daughter, Mia, who is one of the top competitive snowboarders in the Roaring Fork Valley. Bob is dedicated to community involvement and is currently an Aspen Ski Company Ambassador at Snowmass Mountain and was highly instrumental in developing the marketing plan for Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club. He has advised and consulted with many of the largest commercial real estate companies and developers in the world as marketing and sales director for NACORE, National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. He has worked with many state and metro economic development agencies contributing to millions of dollars in revenues and thousands of new jobs. Before becoming active in the real estate business, Bob worked as a business/private jet broker with Jetstream Flight and Management and his own business, Jet Aspen. Much of his competitive determination to succeed, work hard, and smart for his clients comes from athletic background. Bob was a two-sport varsity athlete in college in football and track, and his love of sports continues with his passion for skiing, tennis, golf, hiking, and cycling. This competitive nature combined with his friendly diplomatic skills has helped Bob become an excellent negotiator. Bob has a BS in Journalism/Mass Communications from Drake University.

Betsy Wedemeyer Broker Associate
Betsy and her husband, Bob, came to the Roaring Fork Valley from Kansas City in the mid eighties. It was love at first sight, so they bought a house with thirty-five acres and live in the same house today with their thirteen year old daughter, Mia. With over twenty years of valley experience, Betsy knows where the Roaring Fork Valley property gems can be found.
Betsy is a big believer in continued education and ecology. Thus, she got her EcoBroker and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) within a year of acquiring her real estate license. She is currently finishing up on her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification. Betsy believes in providing professional service beyond her clients' expectations and knows that her wealth of knowledge can be applied to her clients' benefit.

Vince Simonetti
Broker Associate
Born in Queens County, New York and moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1966. Vince is a proud alumni of The Ohio State University. We bought our first home in the Roaring Fork Valley in 2002. We moved permanently to Carbondale in 2006. Vince is married to Beth and is the father of 11 year old, Gabriella, who attends Aspen Country Day School.
Vince worked in the restaurant industry for 36 years. He was a principal in a chain of restaurants that grew to over 140 units including locations in the United Kingdom and Puerto Rico. Vince was responsible for the real estate transactions for the Company, among other things.
Vince has served on homeowners Boards in both Ohio and Colorado. He founded a real estate investment company in Columbus, Ohio and worked there as a commercial realtor. Prior to joining Roaring Fork Realty, he was affiliated with Wendy Lucas Company. He has obtained his GRI designation. He is a certified PSIA-RM ski instructor teaching at Aspen/Snowmass. He also serves on the Foundation Board for Valley View Hospital.

Scott Stoll
Broker Associate
Scott has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for the past twenty years. Before receiving his real estate license, Scott worked for AmeriSpec Home Inspection Service, so he not only knows his way around the valley, but also knows his way around which house is a good investment and which has the makings of a money pit. For several years, Scott has been a real estate investor. He has experience in construction and going through the entitlement process with local government building departments for zoning upgrades as well as building permits. He has an uncanny ability to spot good deals and make them into profitable investments.
Scott lives in the mid-valley with his wife Kari and his young son RJ. He is a big believer in honesty, integrity, hard work and providing service beyond the client's expectations.
